Have you had any Wespe drawings available or have you made yours by looking at pictures of the original

I am going for a day to Bovington Museum in the UK in july, and hope that they have a Wespe there

cheers
Steen

Airbrusler,
You could glue some handwheels to simulate the elevation and travers controls for the gun to help blend the HL motor recoil unit more. You could also add a gun site and other type of artillery accortaments. It is looking great.

i plan on doing that i haven't done it yet haven't had much time lately to work on it
finished the roadwheels on one side
bought a set of tracks (plastic) from one of the Can-Am Guys
added the vent to one side and did some welds on some of the seams

My next mastermess is still in pieces because of that Aztec clock that stopped on Friday. I guess somebody rewound it just before midnight and we are good for a few thousand more years.......unless we all fall off of the fiscal cliff January 1st..............ouch!

Now just add an IR spotlight on it... and you can get effective "arty" fire on the IR battlefield! :P

Looks really good. I'd been following the Marder II build over on the Sixth Army site. Its certainly a different animal but could be good reference for anyone wanting to do an SP with lots of scale detailing.

Looks awesome!! I love seeing one-of-a-kind projects like this!

I've loved the Wespe ever since I build the matchbox 1/76 kit back in the 70s as a kid.

Interior looks great too!

I can't find anything about your build that could be improved. I guess I will have to keep looking at it until I find something that isn't perfect. The video is great ...... sound, recoil, smoke, gun elevation ...... WOW!!

Your interior detail is a winner.
