Status: offline 		Well, here is my custom scratch built airboat.... This was the maiden voyage . It has an O.S. .61 Fx on it right now,  but has clearance for the .91fx that I am gonna put on it later.... Ill have to get a better video, I couldnt get it even close to full speed with all the waves. It was very rough,

Experienced tuners will be able to hear the pitch change in the exhaust when it leans out at the end. Ideally, you want a zero rpm change using the pinch test at 1/4 tank and WOT. This will give a rich mixture at full tank but provide a perfect mixture when close to empty. When the engine starts to throttle like it's on steroids, that's when you refill the tank.

One thing to note with OS ABN engines. Run some castor oil in your fuel or the cylinder liner will likely peel. Their plating is not very good.

Looks like TIG welds to me.. Thats the best way to weld aluminum, but its a very difficult skill to learn. I know how to TIG myself, but I haven't done it in many years..
