I am building a thunder tiger mini titan . however the tail pitch control lever does not move very much if at all I have studied the manual and looked at several pictures of heli tails however I cannot  get it to work. Any idea what I may be doinr wrong ? Thanks  Tigerhawk

Is it stiff or does it seem like it just won't move? You might try to oil it and free it up or take the tail shaft out and sand it down just a little.

Ok I was thinking about the tail pitch slider. You are talking about the arm that the servo rod goes to. You should have a bushing and washer that goes in to keep it from binding when you tighten the screw that holds it in place. It sounds like it's binding against the bearing.
