 Hello All,
I just bought a new Venom Pro Charger and am trying to figure out how to charge my stock LiPo with it. The guy at the shop was talking about putting the alligator clips on it or something but it doesn't make sense to me after looking at it. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I have no clue how to solder or anything like that so changing out connections is over my head. Thanks in advance!

cut the plug(with a few inches of extra wire) off of the stock charger that came with the backdraft.

Then twist tie and tape(electrical tape) that plug onto your charger. Now it will match the battery.
The hobby shops idea of using alligator clips (on the charger) and sticking them in the banana 4.0 mm plug (plug on the lipos) is stupid. to much risk of the 2 alligator clips touching and shorting out your battery/charger.

2nd option is to change the lipos plug over to deans. You can buy pre-wired deans plugs on ebay.

If you want to be in the RC hobby for long, a decent soldering iron is a good investment. Its not that hard to solder, just takes practice.

Thanks, man. I really appreciate your feedback.  I don't have a stock charger since it seems I'm the only person on the planet they sent one to without one. That's why I bought the new charger. I'm going to look into a soldering kit.
