Nitroplanes uses thinner plywood then the better built planes, better built planes are at the buyer specs for better glue and better grade plywood, but I don't see anything wrong with a person starting out with a cheaper airframe, may need to reglue all joints and up grade a few item and go have fun, later down the road, he or she will up grade to a better built model

For the price this is hard to beat! Includes shipping. These are very good quality and good flying planes. The red and white scheme looks very nice!

not to knock the poster, link or company, but for another 275$ you can have a 3dhs or extreme flight 100cc and have a proven, competition capable machine, and have some superb support, warranty, parts and good hardware. 275$ really is not that much of a stretch from a generic entry level 100cc plane, the shipping savings on that does widen the gap a bit

So we went from a $300 airframe to a $775 and now a $1050. Sorry we are way off the looked for dirt cheap 100cc airframe... Like having a Corvette and someone saying for another 100 grand you can have a Ferrari...

yeah
forgot we started out with 299$
whats another 8 hun??
I've got a peakmodels 50cc shipped free with a DLE 55 that was about the same as a bare ARF from EF or AW etc. but I consider it disposable as parts are likley non existent.
I did go over everything very thorough, it had no manual, but have put together dozens and dozens of planes.
It does fly superb, dare I say as nice as my EF Extra?
Maybe not, but I do think it was value, and I got a bit lucky, I have had other scary planes though , and a 100cc plane is a serious airborne responsibility.

I agree, the only real way to get a dirt cheap 100cc airframe is to be selective when you buy used and get a lot for not much...
