    Can I use a 7.4v lipo battery in a 7.2v truck?

Yes, I have the volcaon epx pro with a 7.4v 5500 mah 50c 2s lipo and it hauls ass with it, so much so it's a litle hard to control.  Plus I get about 30 minutes of run time with it.

that truck comes 2s lipo ready. No need to change settings or anything. Just plug in the 2s lipo and go.

You will see a pretty big difference in power. 2s lipos are rated as 7.4v, but fully charged they are 8.4v. They also put out more amps, which increases acceleration.
