Status: offline 		I just really wanted to give credit where credit is due. Gotz at Vogelsang Aero stepped into a situation that he had absolutely no obligation to get involved with to help me rectify an on going issue that I was running into a wall with. The actual issue is not important here, the effort that Gotz has/continues to make on my behalf is. I did not purchase the item from Gotz directly at the time and was completely honest about and up front to him about that. Yet he has been more than generous with his time and effort to help me coordinate a solution with repeated phone calls to Germany, emails to the manufacturer, and....ALWAYS keeping me in the loop and answering my emails and calls asap. I have heard from some folks that Vogelsang can be hard to get hold of sometimes. I do understand he is basically a one man show down there in NC so I spose that does happen, but he has always returned my calls or emails when I left a message. I believe he is a stand up guy and is somebody that I certainly can 100% endorse as far trying to do the right thing! He had zero obligation to help me out but has treated me like I spent thousands with him and was one of his best customers! So for what its worth I thought that people should hear about the positive experiences with somebody as opposed to something negative!

I have been working with Gotz on the purchase of a glider. It is difficult being a rep for a company outside of the US. It requires a lot of exchanges of info and translations, etc. to spec and buy a model which is not your typical "off-the-shelf" type model with just two color scheme options. I agree, he has always gotten back to me on all my emails and put forth a lot of effort on behalf of the companies he represents and his customers.

I found dealing with Gotz when trying to get items from Airworld was a fantastic and great help.

Excellent guy to deal with and fully recommended.
