well it is what it is in this pc world we live in. I purchased a cutter last year so i could do my own paint masks....my fw 190s will have the crooked cross on them.

You know I was just saying that they should put them in the box so they are optional, that way people can do what they want with them.

I agree. I know KMP use to put the cross in the decal pack as a square you could cut apart. I think this is to make it easy to distribute in Europe. I have seen many planes in Germany that had the square instead of the cross. I havent seen the decal pack yet so as you said it may be in the box.

I personally won't follow the Gov't lead on this PC crap....Swastika's were created 70 years ago so let's not try to change history on account of a few people's feelings.

When people forget, we are doomed to make the same mistakes. So let's remove all bad things from our history, so we can do it over agian.

most large distributors of WWII German planes either omit the Swastika completely or give it as an option to use by leaving it off the plane and giving you the decal. They do this as its actually illeagal to show in public in Germany, as well as for PC reasons. They are not trying to rewrite history, they want to sell their planes everywhere, this gives them a better chance.

The Swastika is actually several hundred years old.

Casey

I have 7 German warbirds of all sizes and none of them came with a Swastika on the plane....as a matter of fact, only one even had it offered with the kit.

I agree, it is a subject primarily about an airplane and an important historical one at that. I am a WWII and history fan and I have looked ito the Swastika subject. For those interested, and it is fascinating....google/wikipedia the word and be amazed. Hint, the Navajos used the symbol and the Romans put it on floor tile in Spain. It seems to have been originated in India a very long time ago! True, it took Hitler to give it a bad name. Obviously it represents perpetual motion. Does this mean no round red balls in Japan? Being PC is more important than knowing history. What a shame it has come down to this.

I'd go with Iflytailies if you want to see it anytime soon. I've purchased several cockpits from them and have had nothing but good experiences! The cockpit kit from Inzpan took seven weeks to get. One was lost in route.

I'd wait until the ARF comes out before jumping the gun on the cockpit.. Until we can test fit one be it that the ARF is in between both scales.
