Status: online 		I've been trying for months to get ordering info from these peolple. I get an initial response to my e-mails appologizing & promising to get back to me, but they never come through.

I even e-mailed my phone number as they requested but never got a call.

What is the secret to getting ordering information from these people?

How are they about filling the order once it IS received?

If they are not good about communication now, support later, once you buy an engine probably won't be good either. I mean really, how much effort does it take to answer a da mn e-mail?? (Can you tell it really irritates me when people don't answer?)
