Status: offline 		I have a aerobatic 2m electric powered glider wing with a TOP hinge line. Is ultracote "hinging" strong enough ? Any other easy way to hinge this? (there's no mention of hinging the wings in the 2 page "manual"

The motor equivalent would be a .46 glow size

Status: offline 		Sure, no problem at all until the sticky stuff on the Ultracote wears out. I'd use pinned hinges installed at an angle so they are down into the wing material with the pin even with the top.

Status: offline 		Thanks guys, I think I'm sold on small 2mm dia hinge points. The only thing I don't like about hinge points is to have to cut relieve openings for the hinge "elbow" into the already covered ailerons & wing TE (it's an ARF)

any tips on that?
