Is it possible to just buy the wing for this beautiful aircraft? like and a replacement wing for maybe someone who lets say like maybe might have done something while they were flying like maybe a dumb move and now the original wing is no longer wanted(well because it can no longer be used for some of those embarrassing reasons we wont talk about in public).

Just checking looking for a wing

thanks
AL

Just call Yellow Aircraft. They should be able to sell you a replacement .

Might as well buy a whole new kit for $515.00 and have ALL the extra parts.

That's always the rub. The wings aren't cheap as a replacement. But still cheaper by about half.

Maybe the thing to do is try and find a buyer for the fuse etc before hand. Then buy the kit and sell off the extra things. Just an idea.

interesting idea.

I was sitting outside tonight looking at it and started piecing it together. Then I had some epoxy in my hands and glued a part together. Looks like it is doable but it wont be pretty. But then again I read that the first Israeli Spitfire was pieced together from a downed Egyptian Spit. The hardest part will be the leading edge of the wing where it mounts to the fuse. That part was sort of crushed. I may post some pics of the attempted rebuild. Not the best builder by far.
