I am looking for info on good ,cheap,british ww2 markings in decals or stencils. Does anybody know of a good company? The plane is a hawker hurricane in 1/4 scale.

I'm a fan of Get Stencils.com. Not sure they can be considered inexpensive they are a custom product to some extent but worth the $ to me.
 
You might also try Major Decal for both water slide or pressure sensitive decals
