i have a venom pro charger and a venom 4000 lipo battery but on the battery the blue and yellow wires out of the 4 different ones on the secondary plug came out of the battery how can i charge this battery without pluging in the 3 cell (secondary) plug into the little black box that is connected to the charger?

I don't think you can, some chargers need the balance connector plugged in for any type of charge.
Don't let them loose wires touch. You'll either need new jst-XH balance plug or fix the one you have.
