I just finished building a tmaxx 3.3 from all my spare parts. The diffs were new or rebuilt but not ever broken. I got it all together and the shafts all turn, everything ready to go no problems. But when I went to start it for the maiden voyage and put the wheels on and set it on the ground, all the wheels are locked up. If I lift the front the rear tires turn freely and same with rear or on both drivers side wheels and passengers side. But as soon as I put all 4 wheels on the ground they are all cometely locked and it doesn't move. The brake is not tight, servos adjusted fine.

I'm hoping someone has has this before and it's just a simple thing I missed. I tore down the tranny and checked it and it's fine.

Help!! Lol.

I know this is going to sound stupid, but we must start somewhere. Are the front and rear turning the same direction? (forward). Is it possible that you have a diff in backward?

ahh been there, the benefits of the maxx diffs. too check them look at the housing screws on the diffs, from the front of the maxx. the front should have it's screw heads facing left and while still from the front the rears should face right. Or it's the opposite way around right then left.

It's very easy to put them in backwards, everybody who has a maxx has done it. It's the screws on the outside housing to check,
this is my rear diff. The screws on the front should be on opposite side, Just turn the collar 180 to change the screw sides.
