Here's a link to the flyer for the contest. It is hosted by the Ocala Flying Club . The CD is Fred Johnson . Fred is the director for the southeast region Imac. This should be one great event.

I'll be there with the gainesville/UF crowd (not flying though )

Off topic but, Tony if you happen to see Art Silver or Bill Bishop tell them Aaron Crespo says hi and that he started flying again, hopefully they'll remember me.

Hey Tony. I agree, I couldn't ask for a better contest for my first one. I had no idea everyone would be so helpful and generous as they were. I had an awesome time meeting everyone that I could at the event and I think I made quite a few new friends that I will see at contest's throughout the season's. My weekend was great and it definetly has me hooked from now on. I hope the Ocala contest sticks around for years to come, I think we had a purty dern good turnout. There were 19 pilots in Sportsman itself for those who didn't attend. I wanted to thank people like Tony, Don/Stephen/Jordan Hamilton, and of course the Johnson's for being extremely generous throughout the weekend to help make everyone as enjoyable as possible. I hope to see you guy's around soon. Take care.

Kelly Cool to here from you and congrats on winning first in sportsmen. You definitely had a good weekend. A big shout out to kelly's cheering section. This sport is really the true family sport . It was great to see all the family members out to support there pilots, and what about those kids flying up a storm. Congrats to David Moser for his first win in unlimited and to Jordan Hamilton who also was fying great.

Actually David got a close second in Unlimited, but he still made a great showing. I think that was his first Unlimited contest as well. Little Jordan Hamilton got 3rd in Basic behind poeple 3 times his age, he's a great flier. I'll be heading up to Trenton this weekend, is Tom and Jerry coming along? Hope to see you soon!

I wanted to make it but my engine has not come back and it is still not here. I missed the contest in SC as well. This is where a back up plane would come in handy!
