Would you mind commenting on how you find the center of the slots for the rudder cable? I see you lay out the cable geometry, which I assume is based on the size of the control horns and the distance between them; what determines the exit location?

Hi Joe,

You right, I lay out the cable geometry based on the size of the control horns and the distance between them and the fuselage sides.

Then I measure the distance between the rudder hinges and the meeting point of the cables and the fuselage sides, it is 12.5 cm, see post 180 second picture.

Then I lay out the locations of the cable on the fuselage, sides see post 180 third picture.

Then I lay out the cable exit locations 12.5 cm from the rudder hinges, see post 180 fourth picture.

Status: offline 		Coming from the days when color schemes consisted of mainly straight lines (usually only a few small curves to deal with), I'm glad to see how these "new fangled swoopy" color schemes can be accomplished. Never thought of making a template for an entire flying surface. Thanks for showing your process Isaac!
