In my experience the Losi's part quality, not to mention performance, justified the price.. My last Savage wore out way too fast. My LST2 on the other hand is six years old.. That Savage heap was sold years ago...

I've had my X4.6 for years, with 5+ gallons on the stock motor, and my XL for a few years with 2+ gallons on a LRP30.

I've looked at the XXL and all of the stock upgrades are very appealing. The only thing that I don't like is the pan style chassis (is it a stacked pan style?) opposed to the dual side plates on the Savage, as well as the very open and vulnerable belly. The size is very similar, with the XL being about the same as the XXL. The electronics are without a doubt superior on the XXL. Is it really faster though?

I've actually been snooping around ebay for a XXL recently.

Are there different versions of the XXL?? oppose appose
