I've had dash/gauge lights go as I'm sure we've all had at one point. Well,I'm stumped and am reaching out for a helping hand. The fuse was bad so I figured cool, dont have to tear the dash apart! Fuse not the problem, checked wiring & other fuses and eventually went ahead and replaced all 7 bulbs and still no light. Pops figured the "board" was bad (?).... Where should I go from here? New gauge cluster?...

I would love any help. Thank you.
