That is even more ugly than the Futura, what is it about the airframe designers now days, do they think we all love ugly, aerodynamics dictate a smooth line and profile the latest offerings are all seeming to go the same way irrespective of function or form. My two penny worth.

Hi Mike, I couldn't agree more. Problem is people will buy them in pursuit of the latest design. A bit like the aerobatic boys. Ron.

At least the aerobatic guys have an agenda trying to keep the down lines the same speed as the up lines etc; but, this latest batch of pregnant airframes leaves me non plused, and the nose on this latest offering is just perplexing.

I thought that all British aircraft designers believed in the saying that "ugly flys better"?!?!

Just kidding - sort of...

Wow now you have started it.. that is my new plane (Boulton Paul P111) you are insinuating is ugly. I think it is really beautiful.

The ugliest plane ever conceived must be the Boeing X-32B, beats any of the ones you have shown hands down!

Yep, the X-32 is on display at the Naval Air Test Museum that is less than 2 hours from here and I can attest to the fact that it is one ugly bird - even more so now dirty and with faded paint...

I wouldn't call the P111 beautiful though - maybe it has "character"...

Nice model though!

It is ok for you to make comments as I know you really want one! Now that I have moved house and have the workshop finished I can complete it so we can see if it flies as good as it looks.

That was the Smelly Yak John. Chemlak I think was its real name, but Smellyak suited it more I think, and yes it was ugly as sin. But thats allowed as it was prop driven!
F-16 is loaded and ready to go, so see you there slim!

Great pictures as usual Laurie!

I came home with over 4000 images from JetPower this year, and spent almost all free time the next week, and then some, editing the shots.

Hello to all,

well this was my first Jet power fair. Whooo.... That was crazy.

Ok We only fly L29, but we had 2 L29 there, Thanks to Jens and Ales.

For the Show we planed have 3 L29.... we crashed one 5 weeks before Jet Power during an Fail from System... Same happens to the "Bat"Ray" we crashed one week before Jet Power....

We also Lost the T2 Prototype in an hard Crash 2 Days before Jet Power.....

The 2 F89 Scorpions could not finished in time and so we only show them inside. Same with the Eclipse I finished 1 night befor Jet Power...

All should not turn out good..

But.... we had so many people like our products and we talked to everyone. All find the products from us so perfect and also like the prices we sell the planes. Well I am so happy I hardly can tell...

I like to thank all people they like and buy our products and we will be at Pro Wing in May and also at Jet Power Fair in 2013.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,

and see you there....

If I had the talent to build models half as good as the F100 in the pictures I would be a very happy man. Very very nice .

Another video. Looking at the way it launches I think this size would easily take the MW44 to shake the slowflyer label :-)
