You could put sway bars for better handling not sure about the flipping though.

hi you could use xl axle shafts as they are longer and but you also need to change the dogbones and the dive shafts as the dog bones are thicker. But if its a newer x it should already have the beefier shafts so will only need the axle shafts

I was under the impression that all Savages ride on the same suspension arms; except for the "E-Savage."  In any case, shouldn't 2 sets of these do the job?

To properly convert to the XL you need the following items

XL TVPs
XL rear center dogbone
XL/Flux Diff cups
XL Ext drive cups (the ones pictured above with the purple spacers)
XL/Flux axles
XL motor plate (not necessary tho)

Thats everything needed to convert to XL. If you upgrade to the ext drive cups you WILL need the diff cups and axles. There is no way around this, the X axles will bind and fall out

Just buy some Flux / XL BP diff bulks off ebay, or look at the XL manual and use them.
Best bet is to get flux or newer XL bulks with BP diffs, 29/9 and not the 43/13.
They will come with the larger diff cups either way.

That's a good point; I didin't think about the cups since I installed BP diffs anyhow.  If you use the 29/9 gearset then everything will match up and you should never have diff issues.
