He says "we" need it too. I don't need it. I would think the majority of folks do not care to access forums on tiny telephones. Based on your observation, it almost seems like someone that works for a competing forum, coming here trying to demote this forum.

If someone says they need it, it is because they are of the younger generation where everything is done on their phones via apps. Rarely do these people sit down at a computer to do anything. They check their email, search the web, update facebook, send tweets, ALL WITH APPs on THEIR PHONE.

If someone says they don't need it, it means they don't need it because they use their computer for forum access and there phone is only used to call for help when they've fallen and they can't get up.

When using the forum, you couldn't tell who was using the phone app and who was using the computer stuffed in their workshop.

Status: offline 		I get a kick out of those trying to navigate a site like this or trying to find a manual ,etc...on their phones at the field. One time I actually drove home, pulled up the document,printed it out,drove back to the field and they were still trying to read it !

Right now I'm using links to my pictures in facebook (uploaded in the shop, no PC there nor time to do it afterwards).

I'm 35 right now, I resisted the "mobile" crazyness for a while but it has it good strong points, specially for build logs...

I vote for a mobile RCU!!!

You can post pictures directly from the device's camera. Other than that, it's quite the same. I'm writing this from the browser on the iPad. I post the pictures on the facebook app and paste the address here...

Status: offline 		 I don't have a smart phone because my iphone quit working so I don't need one either but we should have for those who do need one. Kinda like a handicap parking I don't need that either but it's awlful nice for those that do. Plus it is 2012 and we also need to keep up with the Jones! (other fourms) It'll just make the forum more user friendly and won't hurt a thing.
