Is it seized on to the shaft?
Might have to take it in to a mechanic's shop as they'll have the proper gear to remove it.
Better to do that than risk damaging it if you haven't got the right equipment available.

A sixpack of beer usually gets something like that done on a Friday afternoon

am trying get every thing cut out for the lower frame so i can start taking pics , i have made up my mind to go with a water cool setup . hold up i know what u think no am not going to mod the engine am just going have tubing warped around the engine head which water will pump thur it have a atv radiator which i will mod the inlet and out let. my inlet no going be mod as the pump am using the inlet on it will fit a reg. hose and the pump let is just the size to fit my tubing only mod will be the line from the engine back to the raditor it will have a electric fan ...this going to be build to look like a hot rod and i want things on to make it look real this not going be nothing i play with a lot its going be mostly for show how ever i will play with it ever now and then
