I am looking for any information on working with Thermo_plastic Foam. I have a 5 foot long fuselage made from fiberglass covered epp and I would like to be able to create a copy by forming a flexible foam sheet around it that would harden into a  foam similiar to egg carton type of a hollow shell. Ideally I would like to be able to use a heat gun or small oven to heat the panel and then mold it so the details can be transfered to the copy as good as possible.
