I miss mine. It was my second plane and I flew it for 8 years. Great flying plane, almost pattern like. Then one day I was thinking that the tree at the end of the runway was sort of bare and needed decorating, so I hung the tiger from one of the top branches. The tree was surrounded by power lines, tick infested poison ivy, and thorny bushes. The Tiger stayed in the tree for 4 months.

Include me also, have three Tigers. Two 60's, with OS 91 FS engine's. One Tiger 120 not yet completed. Always liked Goldberg plane's. Started with a Falcon 56, way back when.

I bought my JBA 15 cc engine from Valleyview R/C but I don't think they list them anymore...Agape Racing and Hobby also sold them and I see that they are now selling the GT 17cc which is supposed to be the latest upgraded engine. Be forewarned...if you purchase the JBA 15 cc engine you will need to buy a DLE 20 replacement carburetor and replace the stock JBA carb. The throat diameter on the stock JBA 15 cc carb is way too big unless they have fixed that problem. I was never able to get the engine to run right until I replaced the carb.

I had a Tiger 60 - you can see a picture on my page.  I did the trim to make it look like the box.  My wife made polymer clay pencil toppers of busts and one of them looked like an "Alabama Bar Hag" so I put her naked as a pilot.  For a long time that plane was the only one I never crashed and she became my favorite, and most flown, plane.  I also did a lot of experimenting with my Hitec computer radio and dual aileron servos to get her to do axial rolls.  And I did adjustments to tweak the flying characteristics for precision aerobatics.

My Tiger 60 ARF assembled as a tail dragger.
Programmed with Flapperons, but use elevator to flap mix for tighter loops.
JETT .90L required that I make a spacer for the muffler, using stock motor mounts.

I think it will fly very well. do you want unlimited vertical uplines? this engine will do everything but hover the plane and provide unlimited (virtually) uplines. IMHO Probably 12-6 - 13-6

jkr1100 Count me in.  I built my Tiger (60) couple of years ago and it is still one of my favorite, relaxing planes to fly.  I added an additional two inches to the rudder and  half inch to the elevator surfaces.  Will include some pics within the next few days.
