    Status: offline     		 I have a Bob Parkinson Regal Eagle F-15 Nitro Jet with the Byron fan and the Rossi .81 engine. I want to convert it to a twin electric EDF system. I plan on using two 90mm EDF electric fans. Will 3 KG per fan be engough, 3 kg will be about 6.6 pounds of thrust per fan on a six cell lipo if the specs are right. My jet weighs 11 pounds dry with no fuel with the nitro engine and Byron fan installed. I need to know if I should run a 8 cell fan with more thrust. I am just trying to keep the battery weight low.

    Status: offline     		It would be a whole lot easier to run an E-Byrofan and 10 - 12 cells. Would turn out lighter too.
