Ive got the Castle 200HV with 5.5mm connectors, male on the positive lead and female on the negitive. If my lipo packs have the female on the positive and male on the negitive, could I hook one positive and negitive lead on the lipos together, then one lipo positive into the esc and the other lipo negitive into the ESC, thus eliminating the need for a harness? Are you confused yet?

If I understand, yes you can do that. That's what I and my fellow boaters do. Just don't plug a battery into another battery and short them out.

wire your speed control for series.

like the factory boats (revolt 30 and so on)

NEVER try and remember how the batteries plug in, one time mistake cost you a speed control and a set of lipo's
