Is it ok to use tygon tubing for smoke.???? I see there is an orange tubing stated for smoke @ Troybuilt. I have tygon tubing ran for now and it is wire tied through out.

The smoke is not bad on it, but the heat is. It may melt at the muffler. I used it on a glow motor years ago, and had to make a 3" copper extension off of the muffler to keep the temp down.

It's fine, but the last few inches should
Be another material
You could get some of this black tubing in the past
That did not melt at the muffler

Thanks guys.. I have the neopreme black to the muffler and then tygon through out the system.

Yes, even more than fuel lines.
Smoke oils can make a huge mess if spilled
Inside fuses.
Make sure the covering is super solid
On the belly and rear stabs, if oil gets in there
It's a recover over oily wood, no good.

yep smoke also goes in evey single opening so like if you have a large pull pull slot in your fuse ... might want to take a look at hiting it with some kind of fuel proofer

hey on the upside say goood by to sqeeckie tail wheels and hindges LOL

you prolly know already, but tap into the muffler close to the head exit. straight down or slightly away from the port, make sure your fitting is tapped nice and clean and secured with some sort of cured thread locker. Having it piss all inside your cowl is no fun either.
