Guys and Gals,

Just got back from a trip down to Texas to visit my sister. I had the good fortune to go when they were having a battle day at the Texas Armor Association at bomber field. I had a blast! I was fresh meat at the start, and everyone had to carve off some, but I managed to hold my own in team play. The Texans down there have a great field and really are friendly off of it. I hope to be able to go back again in the future. Sorry, I do not have any pictures. Someone left the camera at home. If you get the chance to go there an battle with them, you will enjoy it! Thanks for the welcome and the fun.

Herman

Hi Herman, Glad to hear you had a good time. We all enjoyed having you and I enjoyed battling with you, just hope you didn’t find our weather to hot. Your Sherman and your 2 amphibious vehicles are works of art. Hopefully at some point I will make it back to your battlefield. Hope to see you again soon.

Here are a few pictures that were taken at the battle field.

Herman

The last two are of my LVT 4 in and by the pond. It loves the water!

I like any RC tank battle field that has smoke!   Was that lunch or a cool effect?

That was a cool effect that the guys would throw out every once in awhile. It really adds some ambiance to the battle field.

I am under the impression that my response was typed. Do you wish me to go into more detail in my responses?

The only pictures that I have are those that my sister took and mailed to me. I posted them above in the 3rd post. My camera was sitting on my desk right where I had left it when we left NC

Herman, Thanks for posting the pictures. They look great!!!! Unfortunately even though I brought my camera, I didn't take any photos for myself. Shame on me! Lol
