I am finishing a Model Tech Dragon Lady 60 with a OS FS120 4 stroke. I decided on a Futaba 8J tx/rx but undecided on servo! I would like your opinion on the Hitec HS425BB or Futaba S3004. Also do I need a MG servo for throttle or will the above be good?  Does a 5-cell 6V 1600mAh rx pack be good for this set up?
Thanks!

No sense putting a metal gear servo on a throttle.  Either of the servos you mention would be adequate.

The battery pack is likely OK.  AA size NiMH batteries presumably?
