Hey Guys,
I have not ever had this problem so dont understand it.  Ok i have a Rustler with a Sidewinder SV2 5700kv with a Hobby King 2.4Ghz remote.  Now all my batteries are charged, i have reprogrammed the ESC via PC.  My problem is when my car is stalled and  turn the wheels with the remote it stutters fowards/backwards.  Also when it running it stutters when full trottled.   I thought it was my Lipo but why the stutter too when turning.  IF you have help i would appreciate it.

try these things:

rebind your reciever to your radio.

make sure none of the wires have nicks or any damage.

unplug the steering servo and turn the wheel and the radio and see if the motor still studders.

That's cause the servo is reacting to the flick of the wheel. Cause to to twitch

castle ESC's have issues with some flysky radios(what the hobby king is). I had a CC ESC that completely refused to see that I even had a radio hooked up to it with one of the models . But worked perfectly happy with a different model oddly using the same RX.

That's a good one. I'd bet that's some kind of radio issue- the signals aren't as clean as they should be. See if you can test it with another radio. That way you'll know if it's the esc or radio.

Do you know someone who has a radio you can temporarily borrow?  If they would let you then you can install their system and test your car.  That would determine if your radio is the problem.

try new batteries(or try your friends batteries). You prolly damaged them(I would say more than likely did if you stored them at full charge), and they are dumping their voltage under load. When you look at the voltage that is not under load and it can very easily read full.

odd that the thread wasn't marked as a new post when you said that about the batteries

I fixed it has nothing to with batteries or transmitter.... it was the ESC yup the ESC castle sent me a new one and no cutting in and out, no lag, and now i get great distance with my trasnmitter. so thanks for all your help. Castle told me it was my transmitter, then battery, they make any excuse not to replace to free. I told them its under warrenty so replace it and so i finally got him to do that, and then when they got it they call me and told me yes it was the ESC. Freaking fruits there got my replacement in 2 days
