hey guys I've had this truck for a couple months now and it's fully broken in and it keeps doing this thing where I can run at half throttle but if I hit full throttle after letting off the idle drops then stalls no matter what I tune. Also it seems like every time I try to get the idle down it just refuses to run. I wouldn't think necessarily it would be the clutch but I don't have much experience with these new three shoe designs.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Set you idle gap to a little less than 1mm and follow this tuning guide and you will be up and running in no time

Could be an air leak, very common on the K5.9.
I'd start with sealing over both ends of the carb pinchbolt with Black or Copper RTV and go from there.

Fully sealing it with a new carb kit is your best bet, then follow the tuning guide LL posted.

Hey guys thanks a lot for the help. It was my idle and low speed that were out of wack, on all my other cars I've never had this issue. I definitely will seal up the carb Though, I had that happen on one or my kyoshos. Thanks again guys!!
