Status: offline 		Today I went to the park with my son to run the rc car around, we are using Byron race fuel, gen2, 16%nitromethanol, 12%lubrication on a #4 glow plug, i charged up my glow starter, but it kettle cooking out after about 5mins of minimum speed, should I try a hotter plug or colder plug? It takes a couple of pulls to start if its left for a minute or two.just think its the weather change over to winter.any ideas?

Status: offline 		You need to tune to outside temps, colder outside = denser air and more oxygen entering the cylinder, this requires a richer air fuel mixture.
I.E. richen (turn out) the HSN.
Fuel has nothing to do with outside temps.

Before a discussion insues, here's a vid of me running my K5.9 on Byrons 20/12 in 9F temps...
Same fuel I run in 100F temps.

Running under 200 degrees is not a good idea.  Cold starts aren't either.

If the #4 plug worked fine before then it will work adequately well for you now. A little tweak of the HSN will probably be enough to get it running consistantly.
What engine is it?
