Inspired by the mary mac, that is now the semper fi boat, we decided to cut our model down as well, it went pretty smooth and turned out nice.we do this after we pull it from the mold so we still can make a std MTI as well.

Hey Randy it stayed the same length,maybe lost a 1/8 th inch off the nose, but i mainly cut down the height by a inch or so. on the 62" boat it was already stretched 2" so the cut down just makes it look even slicker,I might try to cut down the hatch on the next one.That's going to be a job though.

Tom. Can you post a pic of your original 62 by the cut down for comparison?

I do not have it anymore, i shipped it right after i took those pics,It's the same boat just a inch lower,here are the side by side pics of the 60" mti, and im happy with it as well, but the 62" boat was already stretched so now that is lowered as well it looks even sleeker.
