Have you seen anywhere that I can order som high temp silicone o-rings.
The size is 29mm x 4.5mm ?

Some seaweed blocked one of the cooling inlets, and burnt my exhaust o-rings.

They are not thick enough(section) I have tried to find them, I just replaced the pipe.

Status: offline 		Thansk Hesco, I have actualy tried those , as a friend had some in stock, and they allmost fit, but not quite.

The pipe included does the job, and does not sound too bad/loaud. It would be a shame to replace it just because of the o-rings

Status: offline 		I doubt that they are 4,5mm thick .. that will mean the inside is 20mm.

As the manifold is 22m / 7/8" on the outside .. the O-ring will be 22 x 3,5mm (or 22 x 29) .

The inner diameter is 20.8mm
thickness is 4.4mm
outer is 29.6 mm

I have tried 3.5 mm o-rings, and they are too small.

The "O" rings are 4.4-4.5mm thick, found one while looking for something else. The "O" rings shown are a Hanson Viton, A China one(used), and a normal green one. The size difference can be seen.

Status: offline 		Ive had similar issues before as i couldnt find o rings to fit i wrapped the header with some thin alloy cut from a beer can,it worked fine and no more leaks.
