Status: offline 		Hi I have a merlin90mk2 and when I go to full power it comes up "pump limit reached" it did this in my other model and wasn't an issue as I didn't need full rpm ! I am getting 147000.

go in the menu
go to run parameters

and go the pump limit
you can raiz it to 1000 if you want
but check also your feul filters
maybe they are blocked

Reason is that you have a restriction in your fuel line, usually in suction side.

i that case yes it can be the fuel line

Status: offline 		Hi I have redone the fuel system new tank fittings uat etc and it still says pump limit reached ! At full power / 147 k the pw is 650

Status: offline 		My new Rabbit 100 (close cousin to the merlin) does the same thing. Did it right out of the box. If it's not your plumbing, it's that the pump is either too tight or the pump motor is bad/weak.

I'm going to fly out season with mine then ask for a replacement pump. I am also losing about 2K

Status: offline 		Read post #2.  What is your pump limit set to?  You shouldn't be getting the "pump limit reached" message unless it is set to 650.
 
The pump limit on my Merlin 90 is 752.  That's the as received factory setting.  I haven't checked to see what my actual pump PW is at full throttle but it's never been a problem.
