Status: offline 		You can get thread inserts from the auto parts.

Remove the cylinder from the engine for the repair so you can clean the metal chips out.

You can also get Ralph Cunningham (rcignition) (Antique) to do the repairs

Status: online 		Heli coil or you can google for a 18mm to 14mm plug adpater.

Some do and some don't, Might be how they are installed.

Personally I would use one of these.
