Here are the pictures from Danville this last September, some captured  from the battle video, some stills of tanks on the bench. I'll upload the record breaking (longest) tank recovery video of Bret's early Tiger I.

Some more stills from Danville. The last few are action shots from the battle, I may have to stop posting this type of picture as some tanks flashes were not working or didn't flash every time or are LEDs so they are not very bright unless they are pointed directly at the camera, so I got lots of hit pictures but fewer shooting pictures so it is not always easy to tell where the shot came from.

Jim,
No I only shot a couple of battles most of the pics are from the video I shot, saved frames out of the video. I'll eventually post the completed video once I edit out the bad footage. I do have some "TankCam" footage that I took when I was driving my Panther. I haven't edited it yet so it will be a while before that gets posted.

Steve, I want to thank you for all these great pictures. It means much to me for I do believe now I'll probably never get back there and probably never battle either as my condition has accelerated to the point travel is impossible.

Do you have the capabilites of putting these on disc? I would gladly pay to have these very good battle scenes as some of them are very rare! Like the Panther lighting up the ground from the muzzle flash. Or the exchange of fire between the Tiger and the Sherman.

I guess I could save them all myslef... one-by-one but I know throwing them on a disc from one source is easier. Oh well, let me know.

Where's that long barreled KT? How did it fair on the battlefield?

Nice action pix Steve.
Did you purposely time your shots so that my Pershing is lit up in pretty much every photo?

As always......Steve's pix are FANTASTIC.

I love those screen grabs. We had a great time. Come in November for more action guys. YOU GOTTA SEE THIS FOR YOURSELF!!!! Stop putting it off. Just come to Danville. NOW

As for the long barreled KT, Eric. I was not a good tank for battling in the town.

But is did come in handy for cooking shish-ka-bobs.

It belonged to Tony and it was a pisser to see in action. You are coming in November, right Eric?

Jeff,
PM me your shipping address and I can send you a DVD disk full of the photos I have taken.
DaveBcool, I didn't plan it that way but some of the tanks flashes were either not getting picked up in the video or they were pointing away enough you couldn't see them or they were dimly lit LEDs. But it does show just how much damage a Pershing could take.
Thanks Bob!
Here are so more photos from Danville the long barrel KT is featured in some of the pics.

I know it was not on purpose, it was just sort of embarrassing to see my tank lit up so many times in one battle.
