I had my volcano epx pro about 2 weeks and bought a lipo 5000mah.  Wow! that thing is fast!  but i broke one of the hubs in the front and lost one of the dogbones.  so i took out the other front dog bone and am just running rear wheel drive.  When driving i noticed that my right rear tire has alot more torque than the left one and will cause the car to pull to the left.  My question is, is this normal because I am running only in rear wheel drive or did I strip some kind of gear.  Thanks.

    the diffs are "open"
so whichever tire has the least drag on it will have the power put to it.

so, either the chassis' weight is more on the side of the tire that doesnt spin as fast....
or that tire has some drag (bad wheel bearing or wheel nut too tight)

Any 2wd model does what you describe.

And you would know if the gears in the diff were bad. You would hear it.

Also, I understand why you went to rear wheel drive...but doing so will make it more likely to damage the rear drivetrain. The system is used to having the front tires "pulling" and thus reducing the strain on the rear. Now you are making the rear do all of the work.
Im not saying it will fail quickly, but IMO it isnt a good idea to run it like that.

Thanks for the info.  I haven't touched the nut on that wheel so I guess I have to take a look at that and the bearings.  I"ll take your advice and not drive it in RWD anymore.  Thanks again.
