is there any difenerts in balancing a sweep low wing plane, i talking about the taurus by Ed Kazmirski

Yes. Balance it upside down (because of the low wing) and at a point away from the fuselage a specified distance and a specified distance in from the leading edge as shown on the plans.

I don't have the plans so I can't tell you what that is.

Try this rig http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_708060/tm.htm It wll tell you where your cg is now and makes it so easy to readjust  it to where it needs to be.
