For the guys that have purchased the BlitzRCWorks F-117 Stealth Fighter or the B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber which route it the best way to go ARF or kit?  Has it been a hit or miss with the servos and electronics in the ARF?

you are right, it's a hit and miss with electronics. To me, it's worth putting better servos in the plane than what they come with.
