Hey guys
I sheared a drive shaft in my Tiger, and in replacing it discovered the shaft bearings had also been eaten.

I did some quick measurements and came up with a 3/16 diameter for the shaft, and 5/16 for the mount in the gearbox itself.

Do they use specific bearings? Can anyone let me know if there are replacements, or can I just find something that will fit on Boca?

They're for the Mato 3:1 version 2.0 brass geabox's.

Thanks!!

The bearings are metric so if you go with those dimensions you may have problems. I use VXB as my source for bearings. They have every style and size for our hobby.

Thanks for the input! I borrowed a digital caliper at work tonight and it seems like I need a basic 5mm / 8mm flange bearing.

Do you see any issues using These?

Checked out the VXB site, definitely cheaper in bulk

Edit: I did some more measure of the leftover good bearings, the above link is the exact specification; now to find them for less $$$!!
