I received the following message from Bob Langelius of PAL Model Products. Many of you know that he has been behind the development of several small diesel replicas. The Infant Diesel aka the Imp has had its production held up because of a recent communications problem with the factory in Russia.


I need a favor I would like you to put a notice on your Building Board website to the effect that I'm looking to find Aleks Kalmykov, of Ruse Engines, Russia!
I've not been able to get a response from him (despite e-mails and phone calls) for over a month and a half!
I'm interested in communicating with anyone who knows if he is well or knows where he is??
Would you please do that?

A post on the Barton web site is likely to result in some information. Quite a few eastern European racers and even engine manufacturers post there.
