 Thanks for all the responses.  Regarding prop size, the comments are well taken.  I know the 10" is undersized which is why I was only looking into trying the 4 blade.  Max prop diameter is 11", and I had been leaning in that direction anyway.  Thanks

I use aluminium spacers machined to the thickness i require. These have been successful on my YS DZ16o's.

http://downloads.hobbico.com/evpl/osm/ev15610.pdf be sure the item # 10 washer is there. It is easy to lose and NOT be noticed.
