Hello folks.

Please help me choose a lipo pack for my GWS Spitfire.
I don't have it yet, but I think it has a 300 motor.

TIA

There exist many choices to power a Speed 300 motor using Lithium Polymer (LiPo) cells. Basically you want a pack that can deliver 6-7amps continuous and perhaps 10amps for peak short term bursts.

A favorite configuration that I used before the newer high discharge cells came along was a 2s2p configuration of Kokam 1020mAh cells. This 4-cell pack weighed about 3.3oz and could deliver 7amps continuous and 10-12amps peak.

Today, you may want to try a 2-cell E-tec 1200 or Kokam 1500 pack.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for your answer!
I will try the Kokam 1500 pack. I don't think I can get the E-Tec cells here in Norway!

You can absolutely get Etec's in Norway! Check out this site:

www.e-flightline.com

I have a couple etec 1200's that power my GWS P51 and I love 'em. 10 minutes of flight is what I set my digital timer for, but I've flown for over 15 minutes with extreme throttle management.
