I wasnt impressed with the motley crew at all. The hull is cheap and flimsy. The decals pull off with first tape.

I would go with miss gieco! But Motley crew is a nice little cat. Not too shabby for an aquacraft.

I Haven't voted yet as I don't know the water condition where you will be running the boat.
If it's pure mirror flat go with a catamaran, if there is some chop go with Mono or Deep V

That is really my best advice.

I have a 32" catamaran and love it, my top speed is 48mph can't go any faster on the lake that I go to as there is always chop in the water and I keep on flipping the boat.

I have a MC, a buddy has a Revolt, I've had the Crew since they came out, made a lot of changes to bring it to a point I'm happy with. If I were to buy another RTR boat of the two you listed it would be a Revolt. Keep in mind they are ALL built to a price point and all of them have their good and bad points.
Personally I would go with the Pursuit that somebody suggested far, far better boat than anything Aquacraft or Proboat have to offer.
I changed the motor mount in my crew, added stiffeners to the floor, added another layer of glass cloth to the hatch, switched to a SV 27 rudder with water cooling, moved the cooling outlets to the side of the boat so you could see them while running and did a lot of work to the bottom of the hull, both sponsons had horrible dips down the centre running full length, couldn't sand them out had to fill them.
It's a reasonably fast, very stable boat and I'm happy with the performance stock. The hull is a very thin layup, crashes at much above stock speeds will cause damage. It's not one that will live long at 60 mph, it will do it easily with a motor and esc upgrade, but it won't survive a blow over unscathed.
