Hello, I haven't posted here for several years, but in the past, found the info here very valuable.  I am wanting to fly again and cannot find a Modeltech Magic.  Does anyone have an idea what may be the closest plane to the Magic in terms of slow flying, ease, etc.  thank you
Scott

Search after a Limbo Dancer.
That's the original... the MT Magic a mass produced RTF copy/version.
I've got the plans, there must be 1000's out there.
Very simple to build. 1/2 day cutting, 1-1/2 day building. An evening covering- next evening RC set-up. etc.
or get a kit for example: http://www.slecuk.com/catalogue/Kits.html

Hobby Barn is now selling the   Hanno Prettner    Magic    kits.       They charge around  $150 for a short kit.      Read up about them in the  Classic Pattern  form.

Did you mean the Hanger9 Twist? If so the Magic is much more docile then the twist. I had a twist I didn't like it at all. I also a tango thinking it would be better not for me. thanks

I just saw TowerHobbies has the GreatPlanes Dazzler for $54.99... this is the kit, largely balsa and well equipped. I've been building one off and on for a while.. they can easily be built in a week or 2 though.. Its a really nice kit to build. I haven't owned the Magic, or flown the Dazzler yet.. but the cofigurations are similar.. and the Dazzler is known to be a crazy fun-flyer too.
