Martin,

yes it's just a standard Parra 15 Diesel push/pull head from Alberto for about 15 Euros.

Bob and myself have been using them on a few other racing glows to convert them to diesel.

Well the ASP 15 diesel conversion with the Parra 15 push/pull head did run rather well.

On the APC 7 x 6 test prop it turned an honest best of around 16800 rpm, not spectacular compared with say a Parra 15D or a Fora 15D but good.

In contrast another ASP 15 in glow format same prop, and venturi hole diameter and on 10% nitro turned 15500 rpm.

The latter had a homemade piston with a high Silicon content alloy and it was sagging as it warmed up so it's not really a fair comparison.

Pics follow.

And tangential feed from the look of it...........now that I've sent fiery his 4mm thread spinner for the Elfin 149, I should turn my hand to making a few venturis...........does Alberto Parra have a website-I should invest in a couple of those heads............
