Status: offline 		im looking at getting the hangar 9 p47 that is on horizon hobbies i was wondering if any body has this plane and what they thought of it. i have a new DLE 30cc just sitting waiting for a plane, i didnt know if that would fit with out haveing to trim a lot on the cowl. i was also thinking about put my sullivan sky writer smoke system in it. any opinions on this planes with the set up i decriped.

There are two threads on this plane in the Warbird Forum. The gas engine thread was started by John Redmann who works for Horizon Hobby. He did a fantast build with quite a few changes AND improvements. If I knew how to attach the thread here, I would. You may have to go to the second or thgird page tofind it, but it will be well worth your time to find and read it.

My flying buddy is going to get one and put his DA-50 in it so he can switg a four blade prop with it. Good luck with your plane.

Status: offline 		I have the older version and consider it to be one of the best mannered planes I own. Get the new one and enjoy yourself! I would recommend the larger engine option, however, but that's just my preference.
