Have a few repair/refurbish projects, but as for full builds I just finished up my Four Star 120... Next on the bench will be my first Bi-plane, A Bridi Bre-Zee 50. I'm going to find a nice .70 - .82 four stroke to power her.

Working on a 101 inch Ziroli B-25, my first "real" build. Hope to have it flying in the fall of 2013 or maybe spring 2014. Also have a Ziroli SNJ that needs work on the flaps so they will open more than about 15 degrees. Thats enough to keep me busy.

I've got scratch built "Miles Magister" half built, going to have an OS 70FS in it, and a 70" WS sport plane on the drawing board (DraftSite) that is going to have an OS 91 FX. By the way DraftSite is working out fine after some initial teething problems.

I have a henschel 129 for the next build, not sure what to do with it though. I am planning to scale it up to 111inches and use mintor 22cc
the plan is set up for small glow engines, which I'm not keen on.
I posted a question on the old thread in the twins section, but no one had an input, perhaps some of the wise old heads here could help me?

made a move from CO. to WY.getting work bench set up to start cutting parts for a 1/4 scale L-19 bird dog 110"and finish glassing a Ziroli 1/4 scale 150"AD-1 skyraider going on YR 5 hoping for a spring maiden( 260 Evolution powered ).

Great to see we still have a lot of dedicated builders out there. Keep up the good works. My winter project is a 1/5 scale D.H. Rapide. 120" span w/2 Axi motors, Castle controllers and onboard sound system. Nearly finished with the frame-up. Sig Koverall, PolyCrilic, Latex, etc. There you have it, I managed to get thru this without cursing, degrading, insulting, embarassing etc. Remember the Old F@rts motto, "If we ain't flyin, we're lyin!!!

This is it. Measured and found out that the 200R3 is a perfect fit for the cowl. Will move a few things to the rear for balance and fly it at 20mph down the flight line and watch'em drool. Someday I'll mortgage the house and get me a 5 cylinder. Woo woo.

Rebuilding my Ziroli C-47 after the aliron servos (MKS-DS1210 titanuim) locked up. Also Trying to finish my Bates Dauntless thats in primer w/panel lines started on the wing.

How do you like those AMR kits? I was thinking about their CAP when I'm done with my current project. Web site says composite fuse. Should go together in a big hurry.

Glad to see people still building! I need to get my friend to get some of his planes down and flight ready. He has a lot he built and flew years ago, that have been sitting. I traded him my DX6i for a kit last year, so with a few orange RX and some new battery packs and airtronics servo adapters, he can get a few planes ready to fly next spring.

Royal F8F Bearcat - started about a month ago, it is sheeted and going together nicely. DLE 20 power. She'll be ready way before spring.

P2V-7 Neptune - 103" plans from Mike Beaulieu, short kit from TechLazer, glass and plastic parts from Fibertech. I just started gluing up the horzontal stab so who knows when it will be done. I am thinking twin DLE power and with EDF's in the outboard pods.

Nice choice on the red scheme instead of the usual blue Ken!

I have too many projects that either need finishing (Nosen Citabria, GSP Laser, 80" OV-10) or repairs (GP Giant PT-19, Sig 1/4 scale Cub, Kaos, Super Fly w/a major wing warp!) plus other.

Next up will be either the Flair "SE-5a" or Hobby Hanger's sport version of the same plane. I've been bitten by the WWI bug and am blissfully letting it chew on me. Here are a couple of shots of my BUSA 1/6 scale "Sopwith Pup" and the BUSA "Eindecker 40", both just finished this past year. Both planes are covered in Solartex and both are Saito powered.

Currently about 1/2 way through an Adrian Page Super Cub, which will likely take me most of winter to finish and cover. But in case my building skills improve exponetially real quick, I can pull out either a Sparkys YO-3A, a NE Aero Bel-Air 60, or a Stits Sky Baby short kit to get me thru the home stretch.

Will be using pull-pull for the rudder and elevator, but still haven't made up my mind if I want to do the same with ailerons or not. Other than that I don't have any other plans for it yet.

Great choice Ken!!!! Out of all the WWI planes I have built or flown the D-VII is by far the best. I haven't built the BUSA kit though but I have gotten to fly one, outstanding!!! I have given up Bipes some years ago and no longer build them but if the BUSA D-VII showed up in my shop I would jump on the project. Dick Pettit did a build article in RC Report on his and it got my mind going and I got the desire for just one more Bipe. I have an article on the building of the scale skid using a spring as a shock absorber if you want it.
I'll trade you my US 1000 kit for the Fokker!!!

As much as I like Ultra Sports, I'll have to pass on that one!!!!

I'd love to see the article on the tail skid though. It is one of the modifications I have planned for my build.

1. Finishing up a Valkyrie jet build. Primer stage.

2. Finishing up Ziroli Bearcat, glass fuse and done.

3. Finishing up a custom designed Yak 9. 90% built and about ready for glassing.

After those are done,

A. Ziroli D18 that is 75% built. B. CJM Spitfire that needs engine, radio and repaint. C. 136" DC3.

Some various small projects but those are the main ones I want to finish before flying season in spring.

I'm in agreement also on the paint scheme. Great choice! At my club's field, when an aircraft gets below the tree line on approach, it's hard to see when the colors blend into the background. That color scheme on the D-VII solves the problem.

I am currently painting my Concept Fleet. Won't be long now. Next up will be a repair task on a 1/3 RV-4 with an O.S. 4-cylinder. Or I could bring my Keith Sparks PBM Mariner down from the rafters and finish that. There's also a Boeing 40 biplane that I've started drawing plans for.

Hmmmm...........so many planes, so little time.
