Status: offline 		It is with great saddness that I report that Mike Connor of Screamin Demon fame passed away in Tulsa , OK. on Nov 10th from pancreatic cancer. You will be missed Mike.

Status: offline 		This is a great loss for everyone here who was lucky enough to have befriended Mike.
Mike was of course a very big part of this community and such a joy to discuss the hobby with.
My thoughts go out to his family and to his closest friends.

Status: offline 		Mike was a great guy and will be missed. He had told me some time ago he had been diagnosed but I wasn't at liberty to share that information.
My condolences to his family and many friends.

Status: offline 		Roger Menke is another guy who hasn't chimed in lately. What a loveable guy he is, too..!

Mike Conner was one of the 1st guys in this forum that showed me what these mysterious Diamond Dusts were all about. Until I discovered this forum I had only seen the tiny Diamond Dust advertisements in the back pages of some magazines [with some pretty wild claims]. Never saw one in person. Mike's planes always looked very well done and IIRC it was probably a build thread he did that I used to "scratch build" my 1st DD from.
Hopefully Mike is showing God how to hand launch one and how to use Wavoscope to see what it did.
